Yes, Premium Business users can link Shrimail to any custom domain. Set your DNS records according to the instructions in your account settings, and your custom domain emails will be fully supported.
The Fax feature is available only for Premium users. Enable it in your account settings under “Fax Settings.” You will receive a dedicated digital fax number, and you can send/receive faxes via your Shrimail account.
You can upgrade to Shrimail Premium Business by visiting your account settings and selecting “Upgrade to Premium.” Follow the payment instructions, and your account will be upgraded immediately after successful payment.
Premium users can create up to 20 email aliases. Use aliases for different purposes such as business, personal, and newsletters. All emails sent to aliases will arrive in your main inbox, keeping communication organized.
